- Herman B. Lasaine is the son of Thomas and Mary Alice Lasaine. In the 1940's, he attended Howard University in Washington, D.C. and Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN.
Just like his father, Herman was a Mason. Upon his death, his wife handed over 2 rings (one for 32nd Degree Mason) and also a Masonic tie pin to John Thomas LaSaine Sr.
Historical Documents were discovered about Herman at the Avery Research Center in Charleston, South Carolina.
